Oh Snap(dragon)!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Snapdragon by Qualcomm for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Qualcomm has been on a roll as of late.  Snapdragon processors by Qualcomm are the digital brains inside mobile devices made, which include many of LG, Samsung and HTC's offerings. And it may be at the core of future Windows devices.

At a recent Microsoft BUILD conference, MS showed off a Windows 8-based prototype computer with  Snapdragon processors on board, which supported Gobi and 3G/4G wireless connectivity. Which means  Qualcomm and Microsoft are collaborating to make the next generation of the famous Qualcomm processor drive the first generation of Windows 8 PCs. Could Qualcomm become the sole supplier of Microsoft processors in it's smartphones and computers? Time will tell.

But if you were Qualcomm and wanted to create more awareness for your processor, how would you do it? If you said temporarily rename your stadium to Snapdragon Stadium during important games during the holiday season, through Dec. 28th (Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl),  you are correct!  Snapdragon Stadium has been featured on televised games, including Sunday Night Football.

Taking a page from a competitor chip-makers marketing efforts, Qualcomm wants you to ask the ever-more  important question: Does this mobile device have Snapdragon inside? Snapdragon processors have been built into 300 smart phones, tablets and other gadgets to date and are being designed into 350 additional products under development.

Will yours be one of them?
