Raincatch – Green Fashion

Going green has been 'in' for some years now. And consumers are more conscientious than ever about using recycled products and limiting water consumption to protect the fragile environment.

What if however, you found yourself in a remote area of the world without immediate access to water supply lines as we are in the more development lands? Fortunately for you, a group of designers created a raincoat that converts rain into drinking water. Hyeon Yang and Joshua Noble designed it in such a way that rain water is stored in bags in the back and sides of the jacket. It also has a carbon filter that purifies the water which can then be ingested via a system of straws. Who new going green could be fashionable!
